1. Promotional Period
The Vantecable Spring Sale promotion (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PST on April 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on April 20, 2026.

3.Returns & Refunds
A.For orders placed under this promotion, all items(include free item) must be returned together to receive a full refund.
B.If the free promotional item is returned, no refund will be issued.If one or more non-promotional items are returned, the refund will be calculated based on the amount paid by the customer minus the total original (non-discounted) retail price of all items retained by the customer.

B. Delivery service is no-free for orders shipped to Alaska,Hawaii,Guam,PuertoRico,andtheVirginIslands. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

C. Vantecable reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.

D. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that Vantecable's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. Vantecable reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.

E. During the promotion, all orders must comply with Vantecable's purchase agreement and return policy. This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.

F. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.

G. Vantecable is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.

H. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vantecable is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

I. Participants agree to release Vantecable from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion, except for liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

J. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors.

L. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vantecable reserves the right to decide on any dispute arising from or in connection with the promotion.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, We reserve the right to cancel or limit any purchase or offer redemption made 1) contrary to the terms of each offer, discount, promotion or coupon; 2) that otherwise is not in compliance with our Terms of Use; 3) that violates any applicable law; or 4) that we believe is fraudulent or made through improper channels.
