Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please feel free to contact us. Cancellations are free of charge before the package is shipped. However, according to the carrier's policy, we cannot intercept a package once it has been dispatched. In that case, you will need to follow our return and refund process instead.
  • Once you email us about the return & refund issue, we will response you within 24h on business day. Please check your spam/junk inbox if you haven't received a reply within 24h.

If the product you received is defective or incorrect, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement. The original item must be returned, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

Returns or Replacement:

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unuseduninstalled, and in original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Items that have been used, installed, cut, altered, or damaged

    • Clearance or final sale items

    • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact support@vantecable.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A valid return receipt must also be provided.
  • For non-quality-related returns, Vantecable will only refund the cost of the product itself.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost return packages
  • Please contact support@vantecable.com to get the return address. (Please do not return your products before getting confirmation via email from support@vantecable.com )

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The refund time will depend on the payment method. Please see below for details:

If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card-issuing bank with any additional questions. 

 If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within 3 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Warranty

Limited Warranty Coverage

Vantecable products are covered by a Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.For any after-sales issues, please contact us through support@vantecable.com and we will offer you a solution based on your case.

  • Warranty Period:
    Three (3) years from the original date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page or packaging

  • What’s Covered:
    Manufacturing defects, material defects, and workmanship issues occurring during normal, intended use

  • What’s Not Covered:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, modification, or accident

    • Products that have been cut, altered, or repaired by a third party

    • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance

    • Damage caused by improper voltage, power surges, or incompatible equipment
